CUSTOM BUTCHER’S BLOCK.

A custom butcher’s block for a new organic butcher’s shop in Melbourne. Created using 252 individual pieces of Tasmanian Celery Top Pine, an endemic timber of Tasmania which was extracted from the bottom of Lake Pieman through Hydrowood Timbers. A lovely timber that is odourless, flavourless and highly rot resistant - perfectly fitting the brief for a butcher’s block.
